BATON ROUGE — The calendar has officially flipped to February and that means there's only one month left of the 2025-26 women's college basketball regular season.
No. 5 LSU women's basketball has won seven straight games and as it enters the final month, it wants to ride the momentum it has built over the last three weeks. In their final seven games of the season, the Tigers (21-2, 7-2 SEC) face four ranked opponents with those games being evenly split of home and away games.

Kim Mulkey and LSU defeated another ranked opponent, No. 22 Alabama , at home by 40 points, 103-63, this past Sunday.

This will be the first meeting this season between LSU and Auburn. Auburn, under first year head coach Larry Vickers, has struggled during SEC play currently sitting at 2-6 in league play.
