BALTIMORE — For the second time in two weekends, the Red Sox will have a game time moved due to weather on Saturday.
Due to forecasted inclement weather in the area of Oriole Park at Camden Yards, the Orioles announced that Saturday’s game between Boston and Baltimore, originally scheduled for 4:05 p.m. ET, will instead be held at 12:05 p.m. ET. The second game of a three-game series will feature a good pitching matchup with Red Sox ace Garrett Crochet facing off against talented Orioles lefty Trevor Rogers .
The Orioles said that tickets for Saturday’s originally scheduled game will still be valid. Rain is in the forecast all afternoon in Baltimore and will be present all weekend. A couple hours before first pitch Friday, the skies opened up and a monsoon soaked the ballpark, forcing the Red Sox to hold many of their pregame activities inside.
