Taking things that happen at NFL minicamps with a grain of salt is generally the right idea, as one never knows how things will play out once training camp, the preseason, and the actual season come around. In the case of New Orleans Saints rookie tight end Oscar Delp, it's time to monitor his workload, because it matches his traits, and it goes above and beyond what he was allowed to do with the Georgia Bulldogs over four seasons. In those four seasons from 2022 through 2025, the 6-foot-5, 245-pound Delp never had more than 30 targets in a season (2024), and never more than 24 catches in a season (2023).
