Clemson football 2025 recruiting class
The Tigers signed 15 high school players on December's signing day. Each player was committed prior to signing day 2024 except for three-star safety Jakarrion Kenan , who signed on Dec. 4.
Swinney expected his 2025 class to be small because Clemson didn't have the flexibility to add many recruits in this cycle because its roster can't exceed 85 scholarship players since roster and scholarship limits are going to 105 on July 1, thanks to the settlement of the House v. NCAA federal antitrust cases . Clemson also retained every scholarship player who had eligibility remaining except five , which didn't leave room to add a 20-player-plus class.
Clemson had seven decommitments throughout the 2025 cycle but retained some of its top recruits, including defensive lineman Amare Adams , running back Gideon Davidson and offensive lineman Brayden Jacobs — all four stars.
