Established in 1986, Ballet Arizona is a professional ballet company that creates, performs and teaches classical and contemporary ballet. The company works towards preserving and celebrating classical dance while creating and commissioning new innovative works. Performances by Ballet Arizona s performers include Romeo and Juliet, The Nutcracker, Mosaik, Raymonda, Balanchine, Divertimento No. 15, Apollo, Serenade, Agon, La Sonnambula, and Theme and Variations. Seating is available at the theater at Symphony Hall and the Orpheum Theater. The School of Ballet Arizona is the official school of Ballet Arizona and is operated as an integral unit of the ballet company. Ballet Arizona is in Phoenix.
