The Catalyst is a trendy nightclub that was relocated to Santa Cruz, California in 1973. Santa Cruz Elks Lodge 824 is a social club, event and rental venue in Santa Cruz, California. It provides membership for those over 21 years, residing within specified areas. However, it does not grant membership to atheists. Those selected as members, after a process of interviewing and voting, can attend their regular events, functions and meetings. This venue is available for hire for gatherings, reunions, weddings, corporate functions and birthday parties with amenities such as parking space, catering, dance floor and a bar area.

We are opening up our burgeoning blueberry farm to the public for events. Our goal is to provide a relaxing country-farm atmosphere that will bring family and friends together in a setting of natural beauty. The ceremony lawn accommodates up to 200 guests. The bistro-bulb lit reception area is 5000 square feet of gorgeous lawn. Chickens and horses complete the "barnyard" setting.
