Chef Daniel was recently the executive chef of Ace Hotel for nearly 6 years and was the youngest and only chef within the Ace Hotel brand to be awarded a Michelin gourmand award for his work with Best Girl restaurant. He has worked alongside Little Beast's Chef Sean Lowenthal out of Eagle Rock and partnered with Best Girl Ace Hotel Downtown LA, Chef Cimarusti, also owner of Providence. With years of working and being mentored by powerful chefs from across the country, Chef Torres has made a footprint in the industry himself. Starting off as a catering company in 2021, Chef Torres and his partner, Stephanie Vazquez, were able to open up their first brick and mortar in Old Town Pasadena, Holy Saints!.
