Ernie has experience in fine dining, corporate events, outdoor cooking, to smaller intimate parties. There is no limit to what he can whip up. Kim Jackson has been catering for over 20 years for family and friends. Her level of detail and desire to make everyone feel as if they were eating at her kitchen table coincide with the mission of Salt City Cafe & Catering.
