Bodied is a women-only strength and conditioning studio in San Jose built around one simple idea: when you feel supported, you show up—and when you show up, you get stronger.
Standard Strength is the south bay's premiere results based fitness community. We specialize in group fitness classes, CrossFit/HIIT, CrossFit Kids, Olympic Weightlifting for adults and youth as well as competitive athletes. We also offer a number of additional services from Personal Training, Nutrition Plans, to Physical/Rehab Therapy. If you are new to fitness, or an experienced athlete, you have to come to the right spot. We have national tier coaching and a wonderful community to support you in your fitness journey. The members drive this CrossFit. The positive vibe is contagious which makes coaching here a sheer joy. We are blessed with an amazing location close to coffee and amazing restaurants where healthy eating can still happen. With Whole Foods Market opening just down the street, fitness and proper diet is super convenient. Ample parking at the side front and back of the building adds to the convenience and safety factor. The neighborhood is very safe and well lit which is close to the beautiful Rose Garden. Or coaches are passionate and run a tight ship. So much goes into technique mechanics and programming we are proud to help so many get into their best fitness level ever! We take so much pride in this box and since 2006, we have served the Silicon Valley and will continue to improve and stay a beacon of CrossFit tasting for all who walk into the double French Doors.
