GYROTONIC® Ventura was established in 2013 offering personalized training that utilizes the somatic and whole-body approach of “The GYROTONIC® Expansion System” to people from all walks of life including accomplished athletes, dancers, fitness enthusiasts, senior citizens, and people recovering from an injury or navigating a disability. Unlike most conventional exercise equipment where linear or isolated movements are performed, the Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis utilize isometric exercise with spinal articulation to move the body beyond limitations, increase one’s core strength, mobility and balance; stimulating circulation, neuroplasticity and fascial body.
As a certified running coach, Im the only specialist in this county to provide a running analysis service. With this analysis I'm able to pinpoint the motion of runners that could be causing pain or injuries. I'm able to create better movement patterns that will also increase overall speed and distance ability! With my pre-hab/rehab certification I'm able to pinpoint pain and help joints and tissues move as they were intended to.
