Studio, 1, and 2-bedroom apartments in the Historic Third Ward of Milwaukee. Housed in a hundred-year-old factory, Maxwell's chic loft apartments combine modern aesthetics with industrial details that hint at the building's former life. Situated just two blocks from the river, residents will be swept up in the stream of new businesses, restaurants, and creative ventures spilling over from the Third Ward and transforming Walker's Point into the most interesting neighborhood in Milwaukee. After all, the thrill of reinvention is that you're never quite sure what's going to happen next.

Tripoli Shrine

Located in the Avenues West area of the city, the Tripoli Shrine Temple is one of Milwaukee's most interesting landmarks. This beautiful structure is actually an architectural replica of the Taj Mahal. In 1928 it earned a spot on the National Register of Historic Places. Today it is home to the Milwaukee Shriners. The Shriners, or Shrine Masons, are an international fraternity belonging to the "Ancient Arabic Order of the Nobles of the Mystic Shrine." The Tripoli Shrine Temple is a popular venue for wedding receptions, banquets and other private events.
