Buying a home is often a daunting task that takes a prudent and prepared individual in order to be successful. The perfect home is by no means an absolute -- in fact it's unlikely -- which is why it's important to know a property from foundation to finish before agreeing to closing terms. At Kelleher Home Inspections, we stand by a commitment to quality by providing a detail-oriented home inspection that refutes the idea of "the bare minimum."
21 years of experience in Home Inspections, plus many years in the Construction industry. Excellent eye for detail of what should be normal or damaged, out of place, leaks or bad construction. Every home is thoroughly checked from top to bottom, including scans with a Moisture Meter as well as a Thermal Camera. Our reports are very user friendly, and if the buyer is present, the inspector will go through each of the items found in detail.
We are a Father and Son team doing quality in depth Residential Inspections to include Drone Inspections and Attic inspections and Infra red water testing in areas of concern. We take the time to perform a good and accurate inspection without the need to spend money on additional specialist to follow up with unless there is a deep concern. Within our inspection process we diagnose and isolate a problem as accurately as possible and take the time to explain all finding prior to payment. Call us to discuss if you should have any further questions.
