Bone Kettle restaurant is a family owned Southeast Asian kitchen serving Bone Broth and Tapas. Bringing the flavors of Southeast Asia to Pasadena, the notable dish on the menu is Chef Erwin Tjahyadi’s long-simmering soup recipes using beef tendon, knuckles and marrow along with spices, which cooks for 36 hours. The bone broth is served with noodles, condiments, vegetables, pork belly, chicken breast and brisket. Other Southeast Asian dishes to try out are 'Fried chicken', 'Gado Gado', Cassava cake with avocado ice cream and coconut. The bar has a fine selection of beer and wine, and can be accompanied with meals.
