In the heart of the city's Chinatown, Hong Kong Clay Pot has been serving up staple Chinese and Cantonese fare in a vibrant setting. The restaurant adopts the century-old method of clay pot grub, where the clay utensils are dipped in water, followed by heating of the pot. This kind of steaming lends a unique taste and flavor to the preparation. The spongy nature of the pots lets the steam gradually escape, thus keep the meats succulent and the vegetables crunchy.
