This fusion Polish-Greek restaurant located on the oldest street in country is a nice change of pace from the glut of American or seafood restaurants that abound in town. Even though the waffles or gaufres don't originate from the Mediterranean palate, here the kitchen specializes in making them. As far as the Greek influence, the spanakopita (spinach pie) and skordalia (garlic mashed potatoes) are marvelous. On the Polish side, Ola's pierogies are amazing and don't forget to try the pyzy either, it's a dish from Silesia in South Poland that consists of meat-stuffed dumplings served with butter, bacon or both.
