Love Art Sushi

Love Art Sushi features house curated and build your own sushi bowls. While similar to the popular Hawaiian style poke bowls that has seen rising popularity in the past several years, Love Art Sushi differentiates itself by focusing on the sushi rice that serves as a foundation for every bowl. The menu will feature poke options, which translates to "cut crosswise into pieces", in both a Hawaiian manner (traditionally marinated) and mainland manner (unmarinated raw fish with sauces on top). There's also a variety of proteins that are fully cooked such as barbecued eel (unagi), chicken, kanikama (imitation crab) and diners will have plenty of gluten-free and vegan options as well. The store also serves makirittos, a play on words combining maki and burrito, a hand-held to go snack for those seeking a meal alternative.
