From teppanyaki (iron griddle) and robatayaki (fire-roasted) tables to fresh, innovative sushi and sashimi, the talented chefs here have what you want. Another highlight is the ambience; the tables are surrounded by tranquil Koi ponds and giant fish sculptures, all housed under pagoda style roofs and red furnishings which are more reminiscent of China than Japan.
