Redrock Canyon Grill

Look past the cactus and southwestern decor populating the interior of this restaurant and you'll discover what draws diners most. Overlooking Lake Hefner, this spot affords you one of the best views in Oklahoma City, and a wonderful view of the sunset. The Southwestern-American cuisine here includes rotisserie chicken and tenderloin, both served with mashed potatoes. The menu is slightly limited, ranging from salad to steak, but all are delicious.

Vito's Ristorante

Vito's Ristorante has been serving up delicious, traditional Italian cuisine to the people of Oklahoma City since 2004. At Vito's, diners will find all their favorite dishes like Lasagna, Ravioli, Chicken Marsala, Veal Scaloppini and many more. House specialties include the Fat Tony's Pasta Special with the special house sugo as well as their always expert nightly specials. The wine list includes a good selection of complimentary bottles to go perfectly with your meal. As you look around the room, you'll notice pictures of the owner's own family, so it comes as no surprise that your whole family is welcome at Vito's as well.

Charleston's Restaurant

Charleston's is a casual, upbeat restaurant with a modestly priced menu featuring traditional American classics prepared from scratch daily. Charleston's focuses on providing its guests with excellent price value and selecting the highest quality ingredients.

Cafe Antigua

Cafe Antigua serves up authentic Guatemalan cuisine, not something you find on every Oklahoma City corner. Don't let the small, casual restaurant fool you though, big flavors abound. Favorite menu items include the Motulenos and the Mosh. Cafe Antigua is especially popular for the fact that it serves its exotic breakfasts all day long. Although the food is simple, the flavors are huge.

Iron Star Urban Barbeque

This self-styled 'urban barbecue' strives to serve up the traditional flavors of a down-home barbecue with a more contemporary, modern twist. The interiors are casual and rustic, which allows guests to savor a wholesome meal in a homely environment. The menu is extensive but doesn't feel cluttered and features the likes of their signature Molasses Glazed Salmon, Bacon Wrapped Quail Breast, and the house favorite St. Louis style ribs, which is known for its exquisite tenderness. If you're wondering what to order for dessert, it is exceptionally hard to go wrong with the delectable Double Chocolate Bread Pudding or the Tanya's Key Lime Pie.

Mahogany Prime Steakhouse

This is a restaurant where steak is the star - where great steak is the rule, not the exception. Mahogany's steaks are the finest custom-aged U.S. Prime Midwestern Beef known for its excellence in marbling, texture and flavor. We broil it exactly the way you like it at 900 degrees to lock in the corn-fed flavor. We serve it sizzling on a heated plate so that it stays hot throughout your meal. Selections from the ocean include Australian Rock lobster and the freshest fish daily based on availability. Service will be outstanding, but provided in a casual, less intimidating fine-dining atmosphere.

Nic's Grill

Ask a handful of Oklahoma City residents where to get the best burger in town and chances are at least one of them will tell you Nic's. If you don't believe them, just take a look at the line snaking around the block. It may look daunting, but don't worry, the wait will be worth it. The burgers are huge and made-to order with a variety of your own topping combinations. To eat like a local, get the OKC favorite onion burger, a mass of beef mixed with onion. However, burgers aren't all Nic's has to offer, the menu also features a host of classic American dishes like meatloaf (Friday's only) and hearty breakfasts. Don't forget to bring cash as Nic's does not accept credit cards, just another truly old-school fashion.
