Tahoe Mountain Martial Arts & Yoga is co-owned by Holly Hust and Jonathan Van Roo. We are specialists in Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Mixed Martial Arts, Cardio Kickboxing, as well as SUP Yoga. Not only do we encourage our students to get physical, but more importantly we want to create a safe haven for students to explore their true selves, and ignite the fire of the soul. Yoga & Martial Arts are both ancient disciplines that explore, develop, and integrate the body, mind, and spirit. These ancient systems bring vitality, deep relaxation, focus, and peace of mind. These benefits will effect the student in all spectrums of life. We aspire to inspire the richness of each individual to unfold, dynamically enriching each student's life! We encourage our students to break down walls and push through personal boundaries. We offer passionate and safe instruction to allow our students to experiment with the way our minds react to challenge, success, and so-called failure. Join us
