At Awareness Village we have classes that everyone can enjoy. The Yoga for Everyone classes are gentle and slower paced. They are geared to beginners and students who need more assistance and modification, though more experienced students would still enjoy the class. The Hatha Yoga classes are more challenging, though still appropriate for beginners who are already active in some way. The Tai Chi classes are suitable for everyone, beginners and experienced students. The meditations on Thursday and Friday are free. If you need meditation instruction, you will receive the help and instruction you need. Beginners and drop-ins are welcome in all classes at Awareness Village! Classes are $10 for drop-ins; $50 for 6 classes; $96 for 12 classes. Check the website for the schedule, specials and workshops. Awareness Village hosts a few meetup groups as well: Lake Tahoe Law of Attraction; Namaste Knitters; Zero Waste Tahoe; and, Lake Tahoe Zen Meditation.
