- Falcons announce roster moves following NFL trade deadline
The Atlanta Falcons stayed quiet at the trade deadline, but they announced a few roster moves on Tuesday afternoon. The team has signed offensive lineman Andrew Stueber to the 53-man roster and released kicker Parker Romo . The Falcons also released kicker Ben Sauls from the practice squad and signed long snapper Zach Triner to his place.
Romo missed an extra point that would have tied Sunday's game against the New England Patriots at 24. Atlanta went on to lose 24-23, prompting head coach Raheem Morris to make a change. One other roster move was reported on Tuesday, but the team has yet to confirm it.

NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reported that the Falcons are signing kicker Zane Gonzalez to their 53-man roster. Considering the team released Romo, it's safe to assume Gonzalez's signing will be announced shortly. Atlanta will face the Indianapolis Colts in Berlin this Sunday.
The Colts just swung a trade for cornerback Sauce Gardner , which should make things even tougher for this struggling Falcons team. Check out the updated 53-man roster and practice squad entering Week 10 below.
