CLEVELAND — Overshadowed by Cavaliers coach Kenny Atkinson blasting his team's poor defense , Cavs point guard James Harden made one of the most dazzling passes imaginable on March 24 in a 136-131 win over the Orlando Magic at Rocket Arena.

As Harden drove to the left block, where Magic guards Tristan da Silva and Desmond Bane converged on him, Harden threw a no-look, behind-the-back pass to the top of the key for an assist on a 3-pointer by small forward Max Strus with 6:47 left in the fourth quarter.

Harden did not speak to reporters after the game, but the recipient of his crazy pass did.

Strus said his first thought was he had better make the shot, which extended the Cavs' lead to 119-112. Strus added, "That was unbelievable. [Harden] put it right in the pocket, too. That was a special pass."

Hall of Famer and NBC Sports NBA analyst Reggie Miller marveled at Harden's pass during the national telecast.

"The degree of difficulty, I mean, he can't even see Strus," Miller said. "He's anticipating him being there. ... He's not even looking at him. Oh, that's outstanding. Right into the shooting pocket."

Harden finished the game with 26 points on 8-of-16 shooting from the field (4-of-6 on 3-pointers), seven assists, three rebounds, a steal and a blocked shot.
