Which Oregon Duck players will be going to the NFL in 2026?
While the Oregon Ducks are knee-deep in preparation for the College Football Playoff quarterfinals against the Texas Tech Red Raiders on New Year's Day, rosters are being formed for the 2026 season across the college football landscape, and players are making decisions about what to do with their futures.
For many, this means deciding between an early declaration for the 2026 NFL draft or a return to school for one more year.
The Ducks have a number of players trying to make that decision this year, with several guys possessing Day 1 or Day 2 draft grades, should they choose to jump to the pros. So far, we've already seen a couple of guys announce their intentions to return for another year, while more are bound to make their decisions in the near future.
Here's a look at what we know so far, and who we are still waiting to hear from over the next few weeks.
Which Oregon Ducks Have Declared for the NFL Draft?
S Dillon Thieneman
After transferring from Purdue, Thieneman was immediately one of the top performers on the Oregon defense, fitting in well as a versatile safety in defensive coordinator Tosh Lupoi 's scheme. Thieneman has been deployed as a deep safety and near the line of scrimmage, collecting 83 total tackles, five passes defensed, a sack and two interceptions.
TE Kenyon Sadiq
As the TE1 for Oregon in 2026, Sadiq hauled in 51 passes for 560 yards and eight touchdowns. He finished his Oregon career with 80 catches for 892 yards and 11 touchdowns.
Which Oregon Ducks Have Announced Returns for 2026?
QB Dante Moore
Just days after the Ducks ' College Football Playoff semifinal loss to the Indiana Hoosiers in the Peach Bowl, Moore officially announced that he will not be declaring for the 2026 NFL draft and will instead play out one more season in Eugene, gaining much-needed experience before likely entering the 2027 draft.
C Iapani Laloulu
Oregon Ducks All-American center Iapani Laloulu announced that he would be coming back for his senior season, which is a massive development for the Ducks and their offensive line. Laloulu was a finalist for the Remington Trophy this year, given to the best center in the nation, and should be among the favorites to win it in 2026.
DT Bear Alexander
On the defensive side of the ball, Oregon got huge news with the announced return of defensive tackle Bear Alexander, who had a career year in his first season in Eugene after transferring from USC. With another solid year of production under his belt, Alexander could be in the conversation for a Day 1 or Day 2 draft selection next year.
DE Teitum Tuioti
Tuioti led the Ducks with 16 TFLs and 9.5 sacks. Had a TFL in every 14/15 games this season. He will now come back for his senior season and enter the year as one of the top-ranked defensive linemen in the nation.
DE Matayo Uiagalelei
After leading the Big Ten in sacks as a sophomore, Uiagalelei teamed up with Tuioti in 2025 and formed one of the most dynamic pass-rushing duos in the conference. Uiagalelei had 9.5 TFL and 6.0 sacks as a junior, and will now come back for his senior season as one of the top pass-rushers in the nation.
DL A'Mauri Washington
Washington was a four-star recruit in the 2023 class, ranking as the No. 42 defensive lineman and No. 7 player in Arizona, per 247 Sports. He appeared in eight games as a true freshman, contributing two tackles. He saw more action in 2024, playing in all 14 games and finishing with 10 tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss and two pass breakups.
But this season was Washington's breakout year, as he started every game for the Ducks and recorded 33 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks and seven pass breakups, routinely wreaking havoc on opposing offenses.
TE Jamari Johnson
Johnson has had a great season in his first year as a Duck after spending two years as a Cardinal. He has really come on in the second half of the year and in the playoffs. He finished the year with 32 catches for 510 yards and three touchdowns.
