The Seattle Mariners made a pitching move to replace RHP Logan Evans for the 2026 season.

The right-hander, who played a big role in 2025, is out for the season after undergoing Tommy John surgery.

Seattle Mariners right-hander Logan Evans is expected to miss the 2026 season after undergoing right elbow surgery, general manager Justin Hollander said Friday. The 24-year-old Evans underwent Tommy John surgery in his right arm on Jan. 23. The estimated recovery time for Evans is 12 months.

The M's saw their starting pitching depth take a hit on Friday.
