Monaco has parted ways with midfielder Paul Pogba after the former France star's stay was hampered by injuries. Pogba signed a two-year-deal last year in order to relaunch a career derailed by injuries and a doping ban. “Acknowledging that the objectives initially set have been only partially met, Monaco and Paul Pogba have decided, prior to the first match of the new season, to terminate the contract that bound them until June 2027,” eight-time French champion Monaco said in a statement.
