I'll just go to the top, and it's an easy one.

It's John Harbaugh.

I think that the Giants had to get off this cycle of trying to find an assistant, Joe Judge, and Daboll, and all this.

They just said, "Nope, we know what John Harbaugh is.

He's a sure thing."

I think he comes in and changes the culture of the Giants immediately.

Love that.

you- you're hiring a Hall of Fame coach.

Yeah.

John Harbaugh's going to the Hall of Fame.

That doesn't come along too often.

Mine's Mike McDaniel.

I'm cheating, because I would make the argument that the Chargers' OC job is better than any of the 10 head coaching jobs in this cycle.

interesting.

So I'm cheating- I can see that.

I'm taking Mike McDaniel.

least favorite hire in our final minute plus?

I, I just I don't- I know w- we, we disagreed about, in this last week when we weren't in person, but the Mike McCarthy hiring is just so swinging for a single.

I don't know.

He's gonna bring Scott Tolzien over.

Swing- It is.

That means it's gonna be Aaron if it's gonna be Scott Tolzien.

Right.

On Wisconsin, by the way, Scott Tolzien, a Badger great.

But the, the- why are we trying to cater to a 43-year-old quarterback?

I, I don't know.

M- the, the whole story of Mike Mc- McCarthy going home to Pittsburgh is cool.

Ultimately, it doesn't matter.

I don't care where a coach is from.

Can he coach or not?

Sean McVay's not from LA, but done pretty well there, so I didn't love that hire.

I just thought it was a very It was too safe.

It was way too safe for me.

I think it's good, 'cause there are no quarterback options, so if you get Aaron, you get Aaron, who I, I don't think is the right choice for next year.

And if you don't, it's Mike McCarthy.

You can develop a quarterback.

That's, that's just me.

My least favorite, and this is a bit unfair, is Joe Brady.

Um- I get it.

Here's why.

I get it.

Because, while I'm happy for Joe Brady We have 20 seconds here.

I think the bar is so high.

It's, "All right, Joe, you gotta win.

You gotta win the Super Bowl."

Yeah.

Right?

Mm-hmm.

And I almost think if I'm Joe Brady, I would've preferred to go elsewhere to get that opportunity, as opposed to get it here, where I could build something without the expectations from the ground up immediately, as opposed to someone's gotta come in here and win this thing.
