Boise State-Oregon preview: Ducks can't underestimate the Broncos

Don't assume that Oregon's just gonna take care of business.
They're playing Boise.
Boise's better than most Power Four teams out there.
We've got Boise power rated 46th, and while you may not think that sounds impressive, it's extremely impressive for a G6 team to be power rated that high.
Oregon's favored by 24 and a half.
Oregon's had some slow starts under Dan Lanning, and you know good and well most people have looked at this Oregon schedule, and they've been zeroing in on USC week four.
They've assumed a win against Boise.
They've assumed a win, a weird travel spot in week two against Oklahoma State.
But I don't take this for granted.
I don't, only because Boise is a seasoned program with a really good head coach, and they know how to hang in games.
Like, they don't play in an inferior style in these games.
So all the best case scenarios that you run through your head, you know, like the highlight culture has taught people to think in terms of best case scenarios, the things you could envision happening.
Buddy, there's a 45 to 14 Oregon win in the cards, obviously, but there's also a third quarter where it's a one possession game and you're saying, "Oh man, dude, how in the world's Oregon gonna win a national title if they can't even," you know, fill in the blank.
It happens every year.
So I think this is a kind of dangerous game
