College Fantasy Football: Tight ends to target in Week 1

I love Jamari Johnson for Oregon.
I mean, we saw him basically supplant first round super freak Kenyan Sadiq down the end of the year last year.
He was really the guy who was running the seam routes while they were doing more manufactured touch stuff with Sadiq.
You know, kind of leak outs, you know, screens, things of that nature.
But Johnson now has that room to himself and the thing I like is Oregon's playing Boise State, who's a credible opponent.
So they're not just gonna go and play for the, the first half and then have the starters on ice in the third quarter.
They're gonna have to at least keep that first team in for three and a half quarters until that game reaches out of hand.
And maybe it doesn't, which means you're gonna have to be looking at Jamari Johnson.
I think he gets six, seven targets at least, which is pretty good workload for a tight end.
And again, you wanna see them playing against a team where they have to stress a little bit, and I like that.
Over on the other side, I'm taking a look at Randy Pittman for SMU.
He's a guy who was so tantalizing.
Scored three rushing touchdowns for Florida State last year, 8.2 average target depth but he's fighting for playing time with Theo Mellin Ohrstrom, the Viking transfer from Texas A&M over to SMU.
So we don't really know how that is gonna shake out from a playing time perspective.
And Kevin Jennings, their quarterback, he was hurt.
He, he broke a finger in, you know, camp, so he is expected to play.
He'll gut it out, but we don't know how accurate he's gonna be with that injury.
And it being a throwing finger, that's something I'm always a little concerned about.
So I'm exercising caution with Pitman even though I do like his skill set.
But against at Florida State, with a compromised quarterback and questionable playing time, I am steering away from him this week
