Yeah.
Garrett Wilson can have a top 10 wide receiver season literally at any point because he's talented enough to do it, and, like, there's no need to galaxy brain yourself about any of his stats over the course of his NFL career.
We know why the stats are the stats, and even still, like, the raw production has been good.
So no need to gal-- Like, he's a great player, the circumstances just haven't been right.
How do you feel about the circumstances this year?
I think, Chris, you bring some valid points about Reich's history and how, like, that Z receiver or slot receiver has been someone to get a lot of targets.
I mean, Michael Pittman with the Colts, like Adam Thiele, like those are all good shouts.
There's this obviously, there's risk to that, you know?
There's implosion risk with this team.
Like yeah, Aaron Glenn is still the head coach.
Is Aaron Glenn gonna be the coach in week 18?
I mean, we'll see.
Is Frank Reich gonna be the interim HC at that point?
We'll see.
There's a lot of that.
We know what happened with Geno last year.
The camp reports have been iffy.
The preseason was awesome for Geno Smith, but what does that really mean against a vanilla Steelers defensive coverage?
I-- Maybe nothing.
So it just That, that's the deal with Garrett Wilson.
Like, you can click him knowing what the floor is.
You know, and you know there's a ceiling from a talent standpoint.
