Should fantasy managers target DJ Moore in drafts?

There was 10 dropbacks with Josh Allen, who I thought played really well.
It was a rotation.
D.J.
Moore had seven routes on them.
He would've missed a, a route because of the injury.
Keon Coleman, he had seven routes.
Shakir, seven routes.
Dalton Kincaid, seven routes.
James Cook, six.
Dawson Knox, five.
He started in 11 personnel- Mm-hmm ahead of Dalton Kincaid, not a big surprise there.
Josh Palmer was out there often, especially in two wide receiver sets.
They might be using the two wide receiver sets as a way to get Josh Palmer on the field a little bit, and then Ray Davis was out there, in the complementary role.
This is a big rotation.
It was the same one that they were pretty much trotting out this last season.
The big news here, though, was D.J.
Moore got rolled up on.
It was kinda like that, you know, the Jeremiah Love one where you're like, that didn't look that great.
He seems like he was He gave a big thumbs up, but you can sometimes give a big thumbs up after an ankle sprain, like right away, and then the next day it's a big thumbs down.
So w- we'll see about this one, but, it's pretty obvious that, you know, the focal point of this was D.J.
Moore.
I thought they used him properly.
Yeah, Matt, we've been talking all summer about Jaylen Waddle, you know, former first-round wide receiver, gets traded for a high draft pick, and now is gonna be the figurehead of their passing attack.
Are we in the wrong of not using that same logic with D.J.
Moore, who on Yahoo is going almost two full rounds later than Jaylen Waddle right now?
I don't know.
I mean, I moved him up between two weeks ago to last week, I moved him up nine spots.
I'm about 20 spots ahead of his overall ADP right now, D.J.
Moore on Yahoo.
So, I'm buying Moore, and I like the usage, you know, that we saw.
I mean, the rotation, maybe that's a thing.
I tend to think that might be a little more preseason-ish than anything else.
But yeah, I mean, Hayden, to your point, like they used him the right way.
I think him getting plays in space, like that, that, that just route over the middle of the field, you know, let him cook with the ball in his hands, that's something that we just never really got to see D.J.
Moore do in Chicago, even in the one big year that he had with Justin Fields.
So yeah, Josh, I, I think that's a good point that it's probably just that Moore's, like, efficiency stats have really fallen off the last couple of years.
But I think you can explain some of that away with just how he didn't fit in Ben Johnson's offense-
