Is Tee Higgins the best value pick in the third round?

Tee Higgins is my favorite third round pick this year.
I, I am shocked that he goes as late as he does.
Like, to me, I, I think Tee Higgins is a top 10 receiver in fantasy this year.
I think Tee Higgins, you know, versus consensus, I own, I'm a higher than him.
I mean, he, he's, I have him as 23rd overall player, he goes off the board at the 34th pick in Yahoo drafts right now.
And, like, the reality is when Joe Burrow's out there, this guy is one of the best and most productive receivers in the NFL.
When, when Joe Burrow has been on the field the last two seasons, Tee Higgins averages 14.1 points per game and 2.01 yards per route run, which would, be wide receiver seven and wide receiver 19 in those two stats.
And again, he goes off the board as, like, the 15th wide receiver, or 13th wide receiver.
So I think that's a little bit of a value here on Higgins.
Just there's so many appealing receivers, Ray, in this, like, third to fourth round range.
You know, Malik Nabers, if he's fully healthy, is gonna be a smash at the 35th overall pick, or wherever he's at right now.
But I just think there's so much security in Higgins.
Like, don't, don't, don't just chase the shiny object.
We know what Tee Higgins is when he and Joe Burrow are healthy.
And when Joe Burrow's healthy, let me, let me just, just give you some numbers, 'cause I'm looking at my projections for Higgins and I'm like, damn, high, right?
Looking at my Just give you, 2021, 4,600 yards.
2022, 4,500 yards.
2024, 17 games, 49, 18, and 43 touchdowns for Joseph Burrow- when he's on the field and when he's healthy.
You're talking about a team where the environment is great.
You may not like the offen- You may not like the head coach, you may not like Dan Pritchard, but they're projected 10 1/2, 46, 46 offensive touchdowns for the Cincinnati Bengals, 26 projected points per game.
And this offensive, like, the passing attack, consolidation doesn't even describe what this is.
It's Ja'Marr Chase- Right it's Tee Higgins, and then there's really nobody else from the receivers.
And hell, you can even look at Joe Burrow's distribution of targets to tight ends historically.
It's not a primary part of their offense.
I know there's some talk about getting him under center more.
Like, the biggest threat to Tee Higgins is Tee Higgins.
Just be on the field, be healthy.
The touchdowns are in play.
There's nobody else that's going to pull o- 'Cause Ja'Marr Chase is allotment.
And we, we can agree, that's, like, he's getting his, right?
He's getting his 160- Yeah plus targets.
But Higgins, the biggest, like, hindrance to him is just him being on the field, him being available and healthy.
And when he is with a healthy Joe Burrow, come on, man, it's lights out
