Why Malik Nabers is the most ‘mispriced’ player in fantasy

So let's kick things off with the man in this group that's going earliest, that is Malik Nabers.
Fourth pick of the third round right now on Yahoo, that is wide receiver 13.
Harmon, Hayden let me know right before we got started that Malik Nabers is avoiding the PUP list.
I mean, does this change your entire outlook, our entire outlook of Malik Nabers' season and really where we should be drafting him right now?
Listen, I think we still have a long way to go with this Malik Nabers injury situation.
But I mean, for God's sakes, this is the most positive day of Malik Nabers news we've had in a long, long time.
It's true.
So, I'll take it.
Yeah, I mean, honestly, he's been somebody that just because of the way the, the tenor and, and kinda the way they've talked about the, the injury and everything, I just really haven't even been thinking about, honestly.
Just haven't even really been considering.
I mean, I- obviously if you're doing like best ball drafts, that's one thing, but if you're looking at like traditional redraft leagues, there's just-- He's gonna fall in an area where there are so many good wide receiver picks that I like this year that he's just been someone I'm like, "All right, I'll, I'll kinda just cross him off and somebody's gonna like him more than me."
Now, if he's gonna play, then I mean, this does change the conversation here.
Even if, and I think we should probably acknowledge that he might not be himself all of 2026.
Like, even if he's going to be active week one and play throughout the course of the season, he, he might be a diminished version of himself.
But if he's not a diminished version of himself, this is a guy that is very clearly, not even just based on like the stats and the results so far, but reception perception, the eye test.
This guy is clearly, of any of this group, i- is, is on the fastest track and is like right there knocking on that door of like a true tier one receiver in the NFL.
And when I say that, I mean like, that's like three, four, five guys at any given point that is in that first tier.
And I've got some RP data to kinda talk about that and, and unpack that a little bit.
But yeah, man, this guy is, is, is right on the precipice of graduating to that group, and unfortunately just got hurt after, you know, four or so games with Russell Wilson last year.
I'll say this, I think he's like the most mispriced player in fantasy right now.
I, I- was reading Jordan Raanan for the last couple weeks, and he's all of a sudden been more optimistic.
He was kinda being- Mm-hmm like, "Hey, what the hell's going on here?"
And then the last couple weeks, he's like, "I think he's not gonna be on the, the PUP list, like the, the actual PUP list, like during the season."
The fact that he's avoided the PUP list, like the training camp PUP list, is all the data that I need here.
Even if he's like 85% of what he has been throughout his career, that's still like the historical averages for Tee Higgins, Zay Flowers, all the third round wide receivers.
And if I'm gonna be, you know, taking the exception player coming off of an injury, had a little bit of a setback in the off-season, it's probably the freak athlete that's 23 years old who's been a wide receiver one, and there's no competition.
The number two wide receiver for the Giants right now is Darius Slayton.
Darius Slayton is not practicing right now either.
So like, I think he can go absolutely crazy.
And when he's been the wide receiver one in fantasy, the Giants from his rookie season through week four when he got hurt, they were 31st in points per game.
31st.
I don't think- the Giants are gonna be 31st this year in scoring.
And if he's gonna be out there in week one, why shouldn't he be next to DeVonta Smith, A.J.
Brown, the two three turn?
That's where I'm ranking him right now, and he's been going in round four.
I think that is gonna correct really quick.
