But first up, John Lynch and Kyle Shanahan have a lot of work to do.

They definitely do.

There's a lot of choices that need to be made, and they have to make them faster than they normally would because they get on a plane on Wednesday for Australia.

And so everything has to kind of be figured out before then.

They've got to figure out the 16 members of the practice squad.

Kyle Shanahan spoke about it in his post-game presser.

There's a lot of work to be done, but he's excited about it.

So there's a lot of evaluation.

He did kind of give a few, I guess, grades-ish in the post-game presser, but he's kind of keeping it all close to the vest because they don't want to release any information too early because other teams are watching and they could poach players.

So they want to make sure that they kind of keep it close to the vest.

Okay, so the 49ers and all NFL teams have to get down to the 53-player limit by 3 p.m. On Sunday.

And when you say that Kyle Shanahan gave some grades, please- Well- No opinions, opinions on, on his, on the players that we asked him about.

So, there were quite a few players that he gave, you know, good comments to, but a lot of it was, yes, there were some good, there were some bad.

And I think that's what the common theme was for all of the players that were in this third preseason game.

There were some good and there were some bad.
