Andy Green and Freddy Peralta on frustrating Mets loss to Red Sox

Interim Mets manager Andy Green pointed to the Mets going 0-for-8 with runners in scoring position as the most disappointing aspect of their 4-0 loss to Boston . He felt they had some opportunities despite registering just three hits but never got the timely knock when they needed it. Starter Freddy Peralta was equally frustrated on the mound, walking five batters and failing to get out of the fifth inning. He touched on a balance issue that seemed to throw him off his rhythm after the first two innings. Peralta: "It's a terrible feeling."
