Brewers vs. Rays World Series Preview: Who Has the Edge at Every Position

Baseball will crown a first-time champion as the Milwaukee Brewers and Tampa Bay Rays, each with the best regular-season record in its league, meet in the World Series. Milwaukee takes narrow edges at first base, where Jake Bauers gets the nod over Jonathan Aranda after a hot NLCS, and in the outfield, where Jackson Chourio delivered a walk-off hit against San Diego in the NLDS. Tampa Bay counters with Richie Palacios at second, Junior Caminero at third and a rotation with a 2.25 ERA. Milwaukee answers with a bullpen whose top six relievers own a 0.74 postseason ERA over 36 2/3 innings, compared with Tampa Bay's 3.60.
