I think one of those things that I learned from Joel was just his attention to detail.
You know, coming from the collegiate level, a lot of the players rely on talent, and you come from programs that just have so much talent to where you don't really focus on those things.
But once you make it to professional level, those are the things that makes you better as a player and, you know, helps you improve your game.
And I think just him teaching me that and all the other guys seeing him that have came in with me in my class, you know, with this being a young team, I think it shows us in the leadership that he's brought to us.
You know, we'll continue to bring that to the younger guys that we got this year.
