But let's shed a light on something that was positive for the Giants tonight, and that was Bryce Eldridge going yard, which we've seen a couple times recently.
And Eldridge is what Top, presented by Service Champions We showed you this graphic a couple days ago when he hit his 12th home run of the year.
Top five in Giants history for a rookie aged 21 or younger in terms of home runs hit in a season.
He is now tied for third with Jack Clark and Willie McCovey, hitting his 13th of the year tonight.
Orlando Cepeda, Willie Mays, the guys ahead of him, I mean, we're talking about Hall of Famers that he is amongst.
And going to tonight, it was the bottom of the fourth, Eldridge leading off, when he crushes this ball, Sean, out to center field, 409 feet.
Yeah, we looked at the overlay of all his home runs this year, all 13, and 6 of them have been hit to center field or left center field.
Nothing to the opposite field to left field, and then the other seven have been to the pole side.
So he knows he's got the power to go out to center field at this ballpark, even to left center, which is even a little bit bigger part of the ballpark.
And you know when he hits that ball, when he swings and he makes contact, he c- you can see the look, right?
He'll pose.
That's what I knew you were gonna say that, yeah.
He'll pose for a second.
And you know he got it, and then it'll go out by 5 or 10 feet, you know?
But- I know, which is amazing.
You can tell that.
But he just knows when he gets it here that it's gonna go out.
That's how much power he knows he has, and even to the, even to center field or left center field.
So been fun to watch.

He's got, what was that?
122 games played now for the Giants- Mm-hmm.
Yep I think.
So that's, you know, 39 more games left, and he's got a chance to hit 20 if he hits 7 in those 39 games.
He's gonna have to go on quite a run- Yeah to get to 20.
But, I, I And if he c- if he can, you know, if he can put together some games, maybe some multi-home run games or a nice little stretch where he gets hot, he can do it.
It'd be fun to see him get 20, which would be the second, hitter, 21 or younger- Mm-hmm to get that many.

And a lot, probably less at-bats than Orlando Cepeda did, I think.
Right.
I can't remember what Orlando had, but he had 20-something.
Mm-hmm.
But played the entire year.
He'd have to average Lan- Landon Rupp.
Uh- Bryce Bryce Eldridge.
Yeah.
Bryce Eldridge would have to average right around five or six home runs per game the rest of the year, as I think is what we calculated.
Per game?
That's a lot.
No, not per game.
Five or six games.
If he averages five or six per game- You know, it's, my brain is scrambled right now I mean, he's Then he would be in really good shape.
Yeah.
He'd be surpassing 30 home runs.
I think it's like one every like five or six games.
Every five or six games.
Yeah.
But doesn't sound like that, that, you know, impossible.
It's not impossible.

Well, we were looking at some of the ballparks he's going to.
That may help when they head on the road.
I think it was Boston you were pointing out.
I don't know what other road trips they have left, but it's definitely possible.
