Cardinals Injury Luck with Pitchers Runs Out as 12-Game Winner Placed on 15-Day IL

Andre Pallante, who has authored a feel-good, bounce-back season in 2026, was placed on the 15-day Injured List with right elbow inflammation on Friday. He is the first Cards' starting pitcher to be placed on the IL with an arm injury since September of 2024.
