Chop Robinson's next big measuring stick opportunity is going to have to wait.
I'm Kyle Kratz from A to Z Sports, and Chop Robinson's been one of the hottest names in Dolphins camp through the first two weeks.
That's a great sign for Jeff Hafley and the Dolphins defense amidst what has been lots of questions about their pass rush.
But is it legit, or is it rushing against players you're familiar with in Austin Jackson and Patrick Paul?
There was a big fish looming this week on the schedule for the Dolphins' joint practice in Washington with Laremy Tunsil, but Tunsil is out for the indefinite future as a result of a torn triceps.
That means Chop Robinson is probably going to be rushing against the likes of Andrew Wiley and Brandon Coleman at left tackle, and that's not quite the measuring stick we need to figure out just how legit Chop Robinson's start to training camp really is.

The good news is the Dolphins have a joint practice against the New York Giants the following week, and Andrew Thomas is a former top 10 draft choice.
He has plenty of physical ability and a different play style than Patrick Paul and Austin Jackson.
So this litmus test for Chop Robinson is going to happen.
It's just not going to happen as soon as we originally thought when the schedule first came out.
