Yeah.
I feel pretty good.
I think that was a really relaxed race.
So I'm ready to come back tomorrow.
I know me and Caleb are gonna go at it in the final.
Obviously tomorrow, I would love to see that, like you thought, the 200 side, you are right outside that top eight.
Right.
How do you think, tomorrow's race might decide that?
Well, my agent la- later told me, that tomorrow's race gonna put me up where I need to be at, which I think it will, especially the time I'm gonna run.
So I'm not really too much worried about the placing right now, just focused on getting through this meet and getting to my next race.
Listen, you said you were confident in your practice this week.
Just go out there and execute my race.
We've been practicing good already th- past two weeks, and just come out here and show the world what I can do.
You've been having a really good season.
You had a really good indoor season as well.
So tell me what's going right for you.
There's a lot of change, obviously, to outdoor meetings as well, going to track and field.
So what's working for you?
I'll say, like, the most important part about this season, it was really just more about training hard and finding my rhythm back again, especially after indoors.
Also haven't been able to get into a lot of meets.
I got took out of Lone Star.
I got took out of Budapest.
And so I'm just trying to get, get into some meets right now, get my name back on the scene.
But expanding on that, you got taken out of Lone Star, got taken out of Budapest.
When did you, when were you notified of that?
Like, were you already there or- well, the Lone Star meet, it was, like, the day before I got on the plane, they said, "You can come."
But, I mean, it's politics.
Yeah.
So it is what it is.
And how do you, like, it's really easy to, like, say really nice things because you're going well.
But how do those conversations look with your coaches, your support system, when stuff like that happens?
Everybody just like, "Let's focus up, refocus for the next race, and let's get back into race rhythm," because it kind of messed up my practice schedule and my race model, my race, my race rhythm.
But I just gotta get back into it and get ready for the next race.
And then- Just gotta stay prepared, really.
Did it shake up your confidence in any way, or like were you- Not at all.
It made me more confident, actually.
I'm just ready to see the guys.
All right.
Love it.
Good, good luck tomorrow.
Whoever that may be.
