Like, I, it was almost hard for, like, the receiving conversation and touchdowns to not just crown Mike Evans immediately.
Mm-hmm.
But I, I didn't want to go with the easy answer on this one, and- I wanted to dig, dig a little deeper.
So I am gonna go with a non-receiver.
I am gonna go with George Kittle.
And maybe- Wow maybe that's kind of risky because, you know, he's gonna be coming back from an Achilles injury and, you know, he, he's in his rehab right now.
So far, looks great.
Obviously not at 100%.
I saw a lot of people talk about that as well.
Like, obviously he's not at 100%, but where he's at right now is a pretty good, indicator, I think- of, of him being ready for, for week one, and that's all that we can ask for, honestly.
And, you know, modern medicine is a marvel.
But yeah, so I'm gonna go with George Kittle.
I, I think, honestly, m- the Mike Evans effect will benefit George Kittle quite a bit in, in some areas, just the 49ers having another, like, big receiving threat.
And so this is where I went back and forth, and maybe we could talk about the touchdowns after this because- Mm-hmm I kinda thought, "Hey, maybe Mike Evans in the red zone would help George Kittle," but then I think Mike Evans is such a force in the red zone- Yeah I'm like, "No, it has to be him there."
So I'm gonna give Kittle the receiving yards.
And I, I simply, I think there's, there's too many mouths to feed still in this offense.
I, I think to your point on the wide receivers, you don't really know who's going to play the most, I mean, besides Mike Evans.
And even that as, as we've mentioned, with his age, with, you know, his shortened season last year with his injuries, you know, you just never know.
