Instead of having to get there in 2.5 seconds, which at times felt like that was the case in the 2025 season.

And the Cowboys are betting on that being longer than it was in 2025 because of the scheme.
And, Brian Schottenheimer explained this a little bit further just by saying, "Hey, we are gonna get these guys thinking is this cover one, cover two, cover three, cover four?
They're gonna be deciphering that."
A- and he said this, "You see all teams like Denver that base out of the system get a high number of sacks.
It's not just that the pass rush is elite, it's that the quarterbacks are confused."
And he said it's been really fun for him to see, but the Cowboys bet is that it won't be fun to see for opposing quarterbacks
