Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Mitch Bratt had a night to remember with seven scoreless innings in a win against the San Diego Padres on Aug. 5, 2026.

Honestly, I don't think it's gonna sink in for, for quite some time.

But just thankful for Mac and thankful for everybody that's been a part of this journey to get to this point.

Do you have a nice little celebration?

I don't know if you can smell me or I had some meth wash board on my face, and it still stings.

So yeah, I mean, just comes, comes with it, I guess.

It's part of it, so just so thankful.

What'd you have working for you tonight?

Fastball and the sweeper were, were the main two.

Not falling behind, I still did a little bit, but kind of working my way out of those, out of those jams was huge.

Just, just strike one was big.

Walking off after the seventh inning, just what's that feeling like in that moment?

I honestly couldn't feel my legs, to be honest with you.

I was so fired up.

I, I kinda knew that was the end of it.

So when I was walking off the mound, I heard the song I was playing, some Rush, a Canadian band.

So- pretty fired up for that too.
