You know, again, wouldn't be the worst thing.
Again, I'm just somebody who's talking out loud here.
Wouldn't be the worst thing to kind of take some of those plays off of Christian McCaffrey's plate to keep him healthy for the rest of the year.
So, obviously you wanna know about Brock Purdy.
Strong day out of the gate for Purdy.
10 out of 12 on the day, with a highlight coming on a deep ball down the left side for a big gain to Mike Evans.
That's actually a clip that the 49ers posted.
Brad tweeted about it when it happened.
It sounds like the Purdy and Evans connection is going to be one that's gonna have a lot, a lot of good return on investment.
I, I'm very excited about those two, and I think their skills complement each other in a perfect way.
And Evans created space with a good release against Deommodore Lenoir for the completion.
Hey, keep your head up, Deemo.
Keep fighting, and it's Mike Evans, it happens.
He's going to probably wear a gold jacket.
So keep going, and I like the idea of you having to face him day in, day out.
Let that get you mad, and go get him back next, go get him back next session.
So, you know, I'm, I'm not worried about Deemo at all.
So speaking of that, a little bit more of a struggle for Mac Jones, who threw it, the interception to Ceigel, and also had a pass he attempted to Lare over the middle, get deflected and intercepted by Jalen Graham.
Jones rebounded a bit later by hitting rookie wide receiver Dejon Stribling for a big gain, and then finding Stribling again to wrap up the session.
You know, I'm not too worried about, you know, whatever Mac Jones is doing in practice.
I think the quarterback practice thing is completely overblown.
But it was interesting to hear that Dejon Stribling had, a big play to end the period, and was running with the ones as well too.
Certainly looks the part, you know, when you just see him, his stature and everything as well too.
So really excited to see how this goes for Stribling, and how he continues to evolve a- and, and actually, you know, have, and, and, and have a, and have an impact on this offense
