So going back to the draft, we just, somebody just asked Jake his scouting report on you, and he said he thinks you were the best D available in the draft this year.
How do you react to something like that?
Yeah, I mean, it's super cool.
Obviously, he's a super good player as well.
Playing against him in Brantford this past year, I mean, he was He had a lot of goals.
So it's, it's pretty hard to live up to that.
But, yeah, no, we're, we're s- we get along really well and we're super good buddies, so I can't wait to finish off camp with here with him, and then obviously, hopefully play with him one day.
Okay, so what's your scouting report on him?
Oh, there we go.
I mean, he's a power play guy for sure.
He definitely loves having the puck on his stick.
He's super good in close areas.
when a guy's pressuring, he reads off the pressure really well.
and then obviously in the D-zone, he's obviously really good as well.
And then off the rush, I don't think I've ever seen a guy who has more poise with the puck.
So, I mean, it's, it was, it's unbelievable.
I mean, you guys saw it today in practice.
