George Kittle Drops Honest Take on Brandon Aiyuk
As trade rumors swirl and social media antics escalate, the 49ers' locker room leader breaks his silence with a sarcastic jab at the disgruntled receiver's financial demands.

While the San Francisco 49ers technically still employ wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk, the former first round selection has completely incinerated his relationship with the organization and his teammates over the past year.
Waiting out his eventual release from the roster, Aiyuk has spent his summer shadowboxing on social media.
He's uploaded videos calling the 49ers front office stupid and has essentially conducted himself as though he's an official member of the Washington Commanders, despite remaining contractually bound to San Francisco.
During a Monday appearance of the massive sports podcast, Pardon My Take, 49ers superstar tight end George Kittle joined the show to discuss Tight End U and his ongoing injury recovery.
However, co-host PFT commentator, commenter, a diehard Commanders fan, wasted no time pivoting the conversation to Aiyuk, asking Kittle to describe what the disgruntled wideout looks like the last time he saw him running on a football field.
"The last time I saw Aiyuk was, call it week six, seven or eight.
I don't really know," Kittle explained during his segment.
"I used to make it a habit of mine to go out early in the morning before meetings to watch him train because he'd always be out there early, and I watched him run over twenty-two miles per hour and watched him stop on a dime.
He still got it, but that was eight months ago, so I really don't know.
You guys have fun with that, I guess.
You have fun with all that comes with it."
When PFT joked that the star receiver would finally be satisfied and happy once he officially completed his escape to Washington, Kittle refused to hold back, saying, "You're right.
I wouldn't be happy either after a team paid me one thir- a hundred and thirty million."
The public comments speak volumes about the current state of the 49ers locker room metrics.
The 49ers are content to let the drama play out until their late July training camp deadline, but it's entirely clear that those inside the building are more than ready to say good riddance.
