Separating doesn't mean you're fast.
Guys win in different ways.

I don't know how to explain how Mike Evans is able to create separation, but he does.
So don't ask questions.
You don't have to be a 4.3 guy to create separation.
If every 4.3 guy out there was a good receiver, there would be way more guys like Xavier Worthy in the league and, and, and all of those guys.
Doesn't mean you know how to play football.
Mike Evans can create just enough separation.
Brock can put it in the air, he can go up and get it.
It is a glove and hand fit, and that is part of the reason that Mike Evans took less to come here.
He recognizes that.
He's been salivating to play in a Kyle Shanahan offense.
And substation be damned, look at the 49ers bringing in free agents, right?
So yeah.

This is a big year for Mike, but I'm glad that you brought that up because I do think that their skill sets blend seamlessly even though he had tons of success with guys like Jameis Winston, Baker Mayfield, Tom Brady, but, but Brock and him, they go together very well.
Yeah, and I think, one key thing for me is, like, his catch radius is insane, right?
So that's what I like about it too because I feel like Brock Purdy's the kind of quarterback that he will take some risks.
Mike Evans will reward you for those risks because he, he will go get that ball.
