Well, you're obviously pretty shaken up after last night.
You know, having had a night to really process everything, just where are you kind of at mentally with how things unfolded last night?
Can't change the past, so just wanna win.
I'd like to be involved in the dugout.
If I make a mistake, then I'd rather sleep on that than not be involved in the party.
And respect the way the guys competed, after the way that went on.
And like I said, it's, it's over now, so move on.
Got quite the challenge ahead of us with two games and some new faces.
Some guys need to compete for us, so support staff, coaches need to be there right alongside of them.
When you've got a same umpiring crew after something like that, how do you Do you approach things any differently?
Do you have to soft pedal or?
Not really.
I think, might as well be authentic in who you are.
What does it mean to you that Logan, you know, a guy that had never been ejected, is not only willing to stick up for the plate, you know, a guy that's trying to gather his bearings here, but you, kind of you as well?
I mean, maybe it's, you know, solidifies something or whatever the, the better word is.
But, just if that wouldn't have happened, that we'd be the same way.
So maybe reaffirms that a little bit, but we'd be the same way.

How do, how do you anticipate using him?
You know, there's a lot of flexibility there.
Obviously another ground ball guy.
He's not overpowering, but he's been good on lefties.
The sinker's really his go-to pitch, so, you know, you draw it up perfectly, maybe get some ground balls, get some lefties.
It's not gonna be that likely with this lineup or with the roster that they have.
But I think the biggest thing is providing some length if needed as the two games kind of show how they're going about.
Justin Wilkinson get a little more of an extended run given, given Yeah, I think so.
I think also just with this being, well-rested, straight up kind of routine-orientated.
So, you know, the other outings had a little bit of a asterisk to them, so.
Spencer Bivin- Bivens gets optioned out.
He's, obviously had a little bit rougher time this current, time he was up.
What did you see going on with him?
Yeah, a few days ago, blip on the radar screen, not throwing strikes.
I mean, the one thing he's always done and has done this year for the most part is throw strikes.
He just made a comment when he first got in the locker room that alluded to the fact he's, he's been hit.
You know, I personally don't have any one theory why that's happening, but he's definitely got the experience and the athleticism, and also he's, he's done it before.
So for it to not go his way this year I know is frustrating, and maybe only just a theory, maybe all the, the frustration of how the year has gone, starting at spring training and extended through kind of plays into that.
We talked about mentality last night.
To me, it all starts with that.
So, you know, hopefully people around him can help him get to the head space or, or maybe it is, you know, pitch location or whatever, the space he needs to be to be who he is because he's, he's tough, he's athletic, and he's got the stuff to do it.
He's shown that.
