Guardians Skipper Gives Injury Update on Angel Martinez
Cleveland Guardians' Angel Martinez is set to undergo an MRI after an early injury exit on Saturday.

he's getting an MRI.
it's a left foot strain, I think we're calling it, or, or inflammation right now until we get more information.

But, yeah, he's going for an MRI this afternoon, so we'll have more information tomorrow.
How'd he do it?
he did it a couple days ago on a play, and he's been kind of, you know, obviously playing through it.
And, today on one of the fly balls he was running for, he felt it, you know, just kind of light up even more.
So we took him out, out of pre- out of precaution, and now we're gonna get a scan of it just to, to see exactly what it is.
