Huske gets second win of the day in 200m free
Torri Huske tallied her second win of the day this time in the 200-meter freestyle at the Pro Swim Series in Sacramento.

Marie Landrino swims in College of Georgia, representing City of Lafayette Aquatics in Louisiana in lane three.
Kennedy Dobson from Eastern Express swim team, another college performer at Georgia.
World Junior bronze medalist in the 400 free last summer.
Comes in as the top qualifier for this final.
There's Bella Sims from Sandpipers of Nevada, her club team.
World and Olympic relay medalist in her career for the United States, now swimming at College of Michigan.
Torri Huske just finished up her phenomenal career at Stanford.
Fourth quick in the heats here for the 200 free.
The 23-year-old representing New York Athletic Club.
Taylor Ruck, and the Canadian.
13 world and Olympic medals combined for the 23-year-old from Canada.
Grew up in the States in Arizona.
And Lauren Lonsdale from Dart Swimming here in Sacramento.
Just 14 years of age, third in the 200 IM, and a lifetime best in the semifinals to make another A final here in front of friends and family.

Rowdy, we've seen her swim longer distances.
Second in the 100 free in NCAAs.
Certainly showing her versatility.
And what a comeback for her last summer.

After not making that Olympic team in 2024.
She's an Olympian in '21, as you mentioned, so just a really nice comeback summer- Your announcement tone making that world championship.
Keep an eye on Kennedy Dobson in lane four.
She's the top qualifier as well.
Had a sensational freshman year at Georgia, and will swim on the Pan Pac team for Team USA this summer in that 400 freestyle, alongside Leah Smith and Ledecky, who were the top two.
In fact, her time just beat out Bella Sims from that junior Pan Pacs last summer.
Huske coming off a double.
Ruck coming off a double.
They're right there, lanes six and seven.
So they're gonna have to kind of feel their way through this first 100, and Dobson looking pretty good going out.
56.9 on the way out, and she only has the fourth fastest time of anybody in this group.
You've got Huske and Sims at 55 plus, and Ruck has the fastest of anybody at 54.
Rowdy, Dobson is on the front half of a double.
She's got the 400 IM coming up in a little bit as well.
Right now, trying to see if she can turn a victory in the front half here in the 200 free and start to hit the accelerator and leave the rest of the field in her wake.
Can Huske or anybody else mount a challenge on this final 50?
I would say yes, because Huske looks so much better than anybody else, except for Dobson.
They're both exactly 30 flat going home, but here comes Huske.
This is so good for somebody like Kennedy Dobson and Huske to have this race home.
Huske charging along here in lane six, trying to overtake Dobson at the wall.
It'll be Huske gets it done by about two-tenths over Dobson.
Bella Sims in there in third, and it's a trio of Tyr Pro Series wins here in Sacramento for Torri Huske.
What a double.
I mean, what a double.
You mentioned the triple, but back to back with that 100 fly and 200 freestyle, that's not easy.
You've got two completely different strokes.
You've got two completely different distances.
100, 200.
This is the 150 right there, and you thought, wow, Dobson's really in control.
She's seven-tenths of a second ahead of Huske.
But how about a 29.3 on the end?
That is really good.
She outsplit Hobson by a second.
A full second.
And what a swim for Hobson.
Not taking anything away from that, that's a PB for her.
The young 19-year-old had a PB, but the veteran got her at the end.
It is a personal best for Dobson, same for Landrino, who ends up taking fourth position.

That, that's a really tough double.
How did you do that?
I feel like I've been doing a lot of good training recently.
it's been pretty hard, but I feel like very in, like shape for, like quantity wise.
Like I can, I feel like I could do a lot.
And it just creates such a versatile program for you.
How important is that as you head into the summer and then the rest of the long course meets?
Yeah, I, I like to race a lot.
I like, the Tyr Pro Series to like do less events each Tyr Pro Series so it feels like a reward.
So this one's my heavy training one.
